MALICIOUS INTERFERENCE WITH CONTRACT RIGHTS A party may have a claim for malicious interference with contract rights

where:

a party who, having knowledge of a contract; and without reasonable justification or excuse; induces one of the parties to break the contract; by reason of which the other party sustains damage; and may be liable for the damages.
