UK LIFE STYLE SURVEY CAMPAIGN

Service to be provided : To conduct a life style survey with UK consumers and take their responses on Sponsored questions. Nature of Campaign : Outbound Telemarketing Calling Window : 0900 hrs GMT 2100 hrs GMT (Monday Friday) 0900 hrs GMT 1800 hrs GMT (Saturday) Sale Definition : A survey is billable on the basis of desired answers taken for sponsored questions. Besides, Survey must have been conducted in adherence to norms given. Recordings must be kept for 3 months Pay Out : Annexure provided in SLA document We pay the center per question. Payout ranges from 0.03 pence to 00.90 GBP depending on the question. Expected SPD : 20 Surveys Per Agent Per Day (30+ in Week 4) Payment Cycle : 1st payment in 21 days and weekly thereafter

Annexure Criteria
Billable Leads: 1. Opt-ins are asked appropriately and affirmative answer is taken. 2. Sponsored questions are asked verbatim. 3. Customer Contact Details should be in accordance with the requirement

Reject Leads: Client will have right to reject the leads on the following grounds: 1. Opt-ins are not asked (Legally Mandatory Question) 2. Use of words like In Future to take a YES from customer 3. Incomplete/Incorrect contact details (including Name, Address and Phone number) 4. Duplicate records 5. Bona-fide survey not conducted (making up the data) 6. Calls on TPS data 7. Data conducted in such a manner as to cause complaint (i.e. intimidating prospect)

8. Retires (unable to contact prospect after numerous attempts) 9. Recording not available % of reject leads to total leads produced in a month must not go beyond 25%. Client holds its right to reject all leads produced in case of abnormality in rejects are found.
