Banoffee Pie Recipe Preparation and cooking time: Serves: 30mins 10 people

Ingredients: 300g oaty biscuits (Hob Nobs are good) 3 large, sliced bananas 60g melted butter 397g tin Carnation milk 150g (3tbsp) icing sugar 350ml whipping cream Flake chocolate bar Equipment: Food processor Wide, non-stick pan 24cm cake tin, (with removable base preferred) Electric whisk Hob (!) Instructions: 1. Crush the biscuits in a food processor then add the melted butter and pu lse to combine 2. Press the mixture into a 24cm tart tin, with a removable base, in an eve n layer 3. Put in fridge to chill and set 4. On stove, in pan, mix butter, sugar and carnation milk. Stir til golden and thickened 5. Add layer of sliced bananas on biscuit base 6. Spread the thickened toffee mix over banana layer in cake tin 7. Whip the cream and add over toffee layer 8. Crush and crumble flake bar over top, and serve.
