BOARD OF DIRECTORS Resolution No.XX , Series of 2012 A RESOLUTION RELEASING THE AMOUNT OF PHP X,XXXX AS REQUESTED BY: (CHAPTER, RIMPEC) IN THEIR REQUEST FOR RELEASE OF FUNDS DATED MARCH XX, 2012

WHEREAS, the abovementioned chapter/committee has requested for the release of the appropriated amount to undertake the activity in their letter supported by attachments which include their computation of expenses and three canvass forms; WHEREAS, the members of the Board of Directors finds the requested amount reasonable as duly audited by the Budgeting, Appropriating, and Auditing Committee and countersigned by the Audit Officer; NOW, THEREFORE, on the motion of Honorable Eduard Aung Colod Kyu Jr., Ex- Officio Director, with the unanimous accord of the members of the Board of Directors of the Integrated Society of Social Work Students Baguio-Benguet; RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the members of the Board of Directors in a session assembled to approve the release of amount in words (amount in figures); RESOLVED FURTHER AND FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution be furnished to the ISSWS Adviser, the ISSWS Board of Directors, the ISSWS Budgeting, Appropriating, and Auditing Committee, and the Research, Information Management, Publication, and Extension Committee for their information, guidance, and appropriate action.
