BUENOS AIRES:STINT

Be Bold.
This semester Ive started to meet with four girls during the week to study the Bible and train them in sharing their faith. I met Cecilia, a believer, through a mutual friend. I have found her to be one of the most committed girls in the group. Ive loved seeing the Lord grow and stretch her during our times together on campus and see her take bold steps of faith in sharing. Cecilia and I met two girls who are both studying Economics and unlike previous conversations, Cecilia initiated the conversation and really connected with the girls. She offered them advice on what classes to take since she is more advanced in the major than they are. Cecilia made them feel really comfortable talking to us. The two friends had totally different views on who God is, and we were able to talk about what they believe and different doubts that they had about God. Towards the end I just took the opportunity to listen to Cecilia as she shared with them the hope we have in Christ and that He is offering that to them too! Please pray that we would be able to talk to these girls again and for Cecilia to continue to be bold in sharing!

I wish I could tell of all the changes that Ive seen in this ministry throughout the year but there just isnt enough space! However, one change that we are SO excited about is our newly formed Student Leadership Team. These students were hand picked by our team here in B.A. and have blown us away with their willingness to try new ideas in order to reach those around them with the Gospel. Please be praying for this team, that they would seek the Lord and wisely lead the ministry with the support of staff. And that they would serve and share with others out of the overow of their own relationships with the Lord.

PRAYER REQUESTS:
Girls in small group discipleship: Roci, Cecilia, Karen & Mercedes Sol, a new friend who Im going to be meeting with to study the Bible. Pray that she would make time for this study and that she would come to know the Lord personally.
