CBES were awarded the Framework Agreement for the Store Refurbishment Programme on Scotmid units throughout Central and Northern Scotland. Scotmid are Scotlands leading independent Co-operative. Today they have over 260 retail outlets in the shape of their food stores and the toiletry chain Semi Chem.

Works Included: CBES deliver through a framework agreement works comprising of the refurbishment of shop fronts, sales and back of house areas including screens & doors, flooring, ceilings and mechanical & electrical upgrading. Each store programme period is approximately four weeks with only a four day shut down to complete. To date all stores have been completed on programme, often under the added pressure of city centre locations and always with the stores continuing to trade for the majority of the programme period.
