This week, we are beginning our Fall reading level assessments. Please continue to help your child find time (lots of time!) to read at home. This is how we create devoted, life-long readers. Assessment results will be included on the Fall report cards, which will be sent out at the end of the month.

W R ITING

We putting the finishing touches on our first published works: Personal Narratives. This week we turn our attention to Fictional Narratives. Students will be writing fictional stories based on ordinary, everyday life events.
