JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALITY STRATEGY --- QUALITY CONTROL ( Q.C.) AND QUALITY ASSURANCE ( Q.A.).
5) THE REGULATION OF QUALITY PERFORMANCE AGAINST SET STANDARD AND ACTING
IN PRODUCTION FLOW USES TO ASSURE ITS STANDARD AND QUALITY. IT EVALUATE THE
CUSTOMER' S SATISFACTION THAT IT CHOSEN STANDARDS ARE BEING ACHIEVED AND MAKES
OF TEXTILE GARMENTS TO U.S.A E.U. AND ALL OVER THE WORLD AND HAVING
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1) CONTROL OF GARMENT 'S CONSUMPTION.
2) COST IMPLICATION OF AQL % .
3) DESIGN AND TOOLING CONSIDERATION IN R&D ENHANCING PRODUCTION EFFICIENCY
AND PROFITABILITY.
4) PRODUCT RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT FOR INTERNATIONAL MARKETS.
5) MAKE PRODUCTIVITY REPORT AND RECTIFIED THE PROBLEMS FOR PROGRESSIVE PRODUCTION
AND PROFITABILITY.
6) PRODUCE SUCH POSSIBILITIES THAT IRRATIONALITY LEADS TO UNREALISTIC GOALS.
7) PLAN THE MAN POWER TO AVOID MISINTERPRETING OVER-OPTIMISM FOR WINNING ATTITUDE.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Reporting to CEO, Accountable for planning, Organizing and directing the day to day activities of product
2) Ensuring the creation of an effective execution of all levels of manufacturing plan: master production
Schedule (MPS) and daily production to support manufacturing’s operational objectives associated with
production and delivery attainment (order fulfillment performance).
3) As the manager is the leader of a key function with the Manufacturing structure, Production Planning and
control will be required to work cross functionally and leverage peer relationships with Demand Planning
Crust Service, Manufacturing Purchasing, and Product Development to achieve Manufacturing Operation’
quality, cost and service objectives.
4) SYSTEMIZE AND SPECIFIED THE RESPONSIBILITIES CONDITION OF ALL PRODUCTION FUNCTIONS.
5) MAKE A CHAIN OF DEPARTMENTS FOR PHYSICALLY APPROACH TO TARGET ACHIEVEMENT.
6) ARRANGE DEPT WISE REPORTS AND COMPILE IT IN A PRODUCTION SUMMARY .
7) CONDUCTING A MEETING ALONG WITH PRODUCTION TEAM ON DAILY BASES.
8) DEMONSTRATION IN FRONT OF STITCHING SUPERVISORS.
9) SUFFICIENT MOTIVATE TO PRODUCTION STAFF TO SUSTAIN THE PRODUCTION OPERATION
