    1. Name of documentary, author/producer, and year: Name of documentary: Helvetica Director: Gary Hustwit, 2007 2. Is it "informational" or "promotional"? Support your argument. It is informational because this film introduces the history and related information about Helvetica and it also presents different opinions towards utilizing Helvetica in design. 3. Who is the primary audience it aimed at? The film targets people who are interested in typefaces and graphic design. 4. What is the relevance of it to specic areas/topics of our course? I think as the interviewees in the film said, fonts could speak. Different fonts convey different ideas, just like Helvetica conveys neutral. We should be cautious when we are selecting fonts in our design. 5. According to the lm, how does type affect our lives? Difference typefaces convey different 6. Will you use Helvetica for your future graphic projects? Probably yes. I think I am open to every font as long as it could serve my goal properly. If Helvetica could convey the meaning better, I would definitely use it. Otherwise, I would not.
