L&T-MHI Boilers Integration program Each new joinee will undergo 13 days comprehensive induction to orient the new joinees with L&TMHI Boilers Culture, Policy and Practices, various business processes, etc. Coffee with HR The initiative aims at gauging employee's first impression. Gallup Survey and Implementation We at L&T-MHI Boilers, every year engage our organization in the annual Gallup Survey. We have 'torchbearers' and task force members to implement the actionable plan at L&T-MHI Boilers. FUN @ L&T-MHI Boilers All festivals like Diwali, X'Mass, Holi, etc are celebrated with fun and frolic at L&T-MHI Boilers. Also important days like the World Environment Day, AIDS Day and Women's Day,etc. are acknowledged emphasizing its significance and having awareness activities around the same.
