Turner, Sharon Chickering) From: Edward C. Noonan I received a package today from the Department of Justice (aka Kamala D. Harris Attorney General of California). It was a single package with 7 different sets of the same court document. It was address to my address. Please note that this is in violation of court procedures to send Capt. Barnetts mail to my address. She has informed the DOJ that her contact address was to be used and not mine. So the DOJ has broken the law just by mailing mail her package to me that is legally not permissible. The package was the REPLY BRIEF IN SUPPORT OF RESPONDENT SECRETARY OF STATE DEBRA BOWENS DEMURRER TO PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDATE. It is for the case JOHN ALBERT DUMMETT, JR., et al., Petitioners v. SECRETARY OF STATE DEBRA BOWEN Respondent. The Reply begins with a typical sort of Joe-Biden,- Robert-Gibbs,-Barry-Soetoro, smirking and rude-Saul-Alinsky-diatribe which as always is, This case is what has come to be known as a birther case. And they continue with, It is virtually identical to another case handled by this Court, Noonan v. Bowen, Case No. 34-2012-80001048. Page two tells it all; the Court concluded that the Secretary of State has no mandatory duty to make a factual determination as to whether President Obama is eligible to hold or run for office of President of the United States. This hogwash basically states that no-one has the duty to uphold and insure that the U.S. Constitution be followed. Apparently the U.S. Constitution is NOT the Supreme Law of the Land since no one has the duty to enforce it. Line 12 on page two also states that since the Secretary of State is not obligated to enforce the U.S. Constitution regarding Article II in Noonan she therefore has no duty to enforce the U.S. Constitution in the matter of Dummett. At any rate, since all 7 of the sets of court docs were sent to my address, as usual, I have scanned the Reply and have posted them on scribd.com.
