Possible higher gusts to 60 mph right along coast in rain squalls Thursday night and Friday. Remainder of the mainland: sustained 20-25 mph with gusts to 40 mph Thursday afternoon through sundown Friday. Southwest FL 15 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph West Central FL 10 to 20 mph with gusts to 25-30 mph East Central and Northeast FL 20 to 25 mph with gusts to 40 mph

Lower seas in Gulf of Mexico due to strongest winds being from offshore direction (NE). Breakers 4-8 feet, 10 feet possible High risk for rip currents along the entire East Coast.
High Surf/Beach Erosion/Coastal Flooding Major beach erosion likely along Atlantic beaches, especially in more vulnerable areas. This will lead to minor coastal flooding/overwash of beach roads during high tides from Thursday afternoon through Friday evening. Rainfall 1-3 inches
