My target audience for my magazine is going to be both genders from the age range of 16-25.

I want my magazine to be relatable for readers which also shows information about new music in this generation. My magazine is called generation because all of the music that would be featured in the magazine is music that has been released which is aimed at 16-20 year olds to listen to. I want the magazine to be for both male and female because there will be different bands/artists featured in the magazine which can suit different peoples music tastes. The age range is important for me because teenagers at around 16 help to develop the music and they influence the artists choice of lyrics nowadays because more teenagers can relate to them. By making my magazine with the same sort of format/structure, I want to highlight the fact that all of this music has been done to target their ages. The audience of my magazine will be the people who listen to music such as Rihanna, Rita Ora, Calvin Harris etc.
