Beginning October 1, 2012, approved annual rate increases for Modernized Medicare Supplement policies will be implemented as indicated below.

All applications signed and dated before October 1, 2012 must be received in our office by October 8, 2012, and should use the old (2011) premiums. Applications signed and dated on or after October 1, 2012 must use the new premiums.
We are making you aware of these increases because policyholder notifications have gone out based on the advance notification timeline required by each state.
