Mask questions

1. The benefit of using a quick mask on a picture is that it helps you too work more exactly on a certain area, for example the glasses of a person. 2. When you deselect a quick mask it disappears. 3. When you have a selection as a mask , the mask is stored in a Channel 4. You can edit a mask in a Channel once you have saved it by going to the Channel panel selecting your channel and then you can edit it with the brush or editing tool. 5. Layers differ from Channels because layers are used to isolate various parts of an image so that they can be edited using the painting or editing tools.
