Dear Members of the King's Bookstore Co-operative Limited.

The Board of Directors has received a letter from the inspector of Co-operatives informing us that, according to the regulations, we will not be able to hold a special meeting on Wednesday November 21st. The board recognizes the importance of the input that the general membership may have in regards to improving the bookstore, how to increase sales, and may also have some insight as to how to decrease costs. For this reason, the board will be holding a Town Hall on Wednesday November 21st at 7pm in the Frazee Room. We will *not* be discussing the special resolutions Please stay tuned for more information on when and where the Special Meeting will take place.
