POST-PRODUCTION BRIEF 1) How were decisions made in general?

Everyone took a part in helping to make joint decisions and also to choose the different shot sizes etc. Also, the members of the team gave different opinions which were taken into consideration then made a joint decision as a whole group. 2) Did one person dominate proceedings or did you follow a democratic approach? We followed a democratic approach. 3) What was the most successful part of this production process? Why? Putting the narrative together, as we all got to have an input to what would be included with the speech bubbles. Moreover, as we planned ahead what we was going to do we knew what shots to take and how to take the picture therefore was more organised. 4) What was the least? Why? A limited story line as to what the pictures showed and if the genre was clear to the audience. 5) Which shot/caption are you most pleased with? Why? The over shoulder shot, as it looks much more effective and runs well with the story line. 6) If you had this time again what would you have done differently? Picked a different story line, in order to give a more different effect or approach as the story line we did was very limited to the things we could of done/said. Also, with a different story line can enable us to be more creative with the shot sizes and angles. 7) Overall, give your completed artefact a grade? I would give our artefact a grade of C/B as I think it got our message across clearly and the pictures we took were done very well and effective, however, the story line/ genre may not be clear or could be confusing for the audience. 8) What media codes and conventions did you use/observe during the making of this artefact? The codes and conventions we used were typical that are used during a narrative/story board, e.g. had sad dramatic parts to the narrative as to when the girls were told they had a twin sister. Also it was very gender specific as it showed how females are more dramatic and how they would react to something like this, which would differ from what male characters would behave like.
