DEI GRATIA SCHOOL I Introduction

AUTOMATED ENROLMENT SYSTEM

Slow enrolment process is a situation that everyone hates and also a problem especially for parents and students. This problem often times happen every enrolment season and this only shows the slow progress and development of the school as well , Thus researchers conceived this idea to make the enrolment process better through the use of AUTOMATED ENROLMENT SYSTEM that uses modern technology for easier and faster way of enrolling as an answer to the said problem. In this system, a person can officially join the institution without hustle. 1.1 History of the school

DEI GRATIA SCHOOL was established in 1998 as Dei Gratia Learning Center. It is a non-secretarian institution started at 20 students enrolled for Nursery & Kindergarten handled by the principal herself, Mrs. Gemma C. Cartel. By the Grace of God, on its second year, the progress and development of the school occurred. And through the demand of the parents to have its Elementary level, God permits. Its popularity began to flourish little by little. The number of teachers and students increased. Dei Gratia School was duly recognized by the Department of Education under Government Recognition Nos. K-033, E-036 s. 2003 and (R-IVA) 023 s. 2005. Now, at its continuing year of expanding and hard work, it reached the point that it became popular and successful in all aspects. Due to community demand, through the years of Service and Excellence for Basic Education, HIGH SCHOOL DEPARTMENT is now at its peak. It also conforming with Special

Curriculum which involve in Personality Development, Theatre Arts, Speech Therapy and Campus Journalism. Dei Gratia School is also involved with the Band now known as The DGSDXB (Drum and Xylophone Band) and preparing to compete with other school bands.

At present, a new building has been built. This new building provided classrooms for the High School Department. And hope to build more expansions for the years to come.
1.2 Mission and Vision

To provide skills, habits, values and attitudes that will make a student a well-balanced individual, a responsive and productive member of the community. Dei Gratia opportunities for the youth to know Christ and love in himself and others. To facilitate students self-direction and self-reliance with sense of individual and social responsibility. To enhance teachers competencies and knowledge, to bring about effectiveness, efficiency and excellence towards achieving goal of quality education.

II Statement of the Problem

2.1 Technical Feasibility The knowledge of the client on how to operate the new enrolment system is limited. Our client may dont have the knowledge in using our system. 2.2 Economical Feasibility Because of their limited budget for the improvement of the school, they can`t afford to purchase a new software or program for their enrolment system. 2.3 Operational Feasibility There`s a possibility that our client will not be satisfied with our software, and probably they would not support us. 2.4 Legal Feasibility There is no such problem in terms of the legality of the school; the school owner has its complete permits for operating the school.

III Recommendation Our proponents recommend to the school

3.1 Technical Feasibility Our proponents are responsible to teach our client on how to operate the proposed system. 3.2 Economical Feasibility We are willing to lend our system for them to test the effectiveness of the proposed system for the school assurance.

3.4 Legal Feasibility Solution IV Conclusion Based on our observations, It is feasible for the school to have an AUTOMATED ENROLMENT SYSTEM because they have the budget to purchase our system, they also have the facilities and equipment for the system and they have agreed to the terms and conditions of the product.
