DESCRIPTION:

Water level or liquid level needs to be monitored in various situations and places, as in, domestic purposes i.e. In water storage tanks, industrial maintenance like cooling mechanism etc. The water level needs to be maintained to a particular constant level to avoid complications. The main objective of this project is to develop an embedded system, which will detect the level of water in a storage container based on its resistance range, the system consists of a group of probes of different lengths, submerged into the liquid/water. The level is detected based upon the number of probe touching the water surface. This project contains two embedded system boards among which one is transmitter board to which wired sensors are connected another is receiver board to which buzzer and lcd are connected to know the information. In this project we are using Microcontroller which controls all the operations in regarding the level of water. These sensors are placed in different threshold levels and are connected to the controller. Suppose the level of water is being increasing, then immediately when the water level crossed the sensor at level-1, the information is passed to the controller of transmitter board from RF Tx through encoder and this information is received by the RF receiver and the code decodes in the decoder and then given to the controller, controller checks for the precaution instruction which is given by the developer and the buzzer will blow which is interfaced to the microcontroller and the same will be displayed on the LCD. The system uses a compact circuitry built around Flash version of AT89S52 microcontroller with a non-volatile memory capable of retaining the password data for over ten years. The user can modify the password. Programs are developed in embedded C. ISP is used to dump the code into the microcontroller

SOFTWARE: Embedded C RIDE to write code ISP to burn the chip

HARDWARE: At89s52 based our own developed board Power Supply RF Tx RF Rx Encoder Decoder Buzzer LCD

ADVANTAGES: Low cost, automated operation, Low Power consumption.
