Sara Osmani is M&E coordinator at Center for Human Right and Conflict Resolution for the USAID Project

for Interethnic Integration in Education implemented by MCGO. She is Psychologist and a Primary School Teacher, and a currently post-graduate student in Human Resource Management. She has been trained in communication and conflict resolution, child and human rights, inter-ethnic relations, needs assessment, management, and public relations among various training topics. She has experience as a trainer and organizer of training for VET school teachers and primary and pre-school teachers, NGO sector on different issues including and interethnic issues; on the Macedonian nongovernment structures, and networks of NGOs local government - business sector, experience in planning, implementing and monitoring of grant programs and projects, as well as maintaining and developing relationships with organizations and other sectors; on maintaining communication and cooperation with local governmental sector for community development; on supervision and co-ordination of the work of local employees; on monitoring and collecting datas for evaluation of project implementation. She started her working experience as assistant in the Appreciating Differences Program, and as kindergarten teacher in bilingual (Macedonian/ Albanian) kindergarten. This was an opportunity for expand her horizon of viewing different ethnic and cultural perspectives and working with children with different cultural background improved her communication skills. The nature of her other work experiences such Project coordinator of the NGO Centers, and Project coordinator of the Community Forum Programs helped her to become skilled team member, to plan, coordinate and manage the activities. She is fluent in Albanian, Macedonian, English, Turkish, and has very good ICT skills.
