    In your opinion, why is Confirmit important to the business? Customer satisfaction is essential to the survival of any business and the best way to find out whether our customers are satisfied is to directly ask them. Confirm IT is just a mean to asking the customer how satisfied they are. The different questions in the survey helps us in identifying the Root Cause of any issues that customer has. The verbatim at the end of the survey also help us understand the customer views based on his last touch point.

    What can we do to better our performance on Confirmit? The best way to improve performance on Confirm IT is to differentiate the call from the customer. The change of mindset from a call to an actual human being on the other side of the phone would be biggest jump in our performance.
