The article is devoted to new federal state educational standards by the example of Federal State Educational Standard of Higher
Professional Education (FSES HPE) for the specialty 030900 Jurisprudence (Bachelors). The author tackles the problems of
FSES HPE orientation at improving educational process quality, of students general cultural and professional competences practical estimation, of FSES HPE juridical irreproachability.

The article tells about ancient Latin Christian divine service. Special attention is paid to the history of Spanish-Mozarabic (WestGothic) ceremony in Spain in the IInd millennium. The events connected with the ceremony revival in the XVIth century and its
modern state are described.
