INDIVIDUAL PYSCHOTHERAPY

OBJECTIVE:
-provides reorientation to reality
-determine level of cognitive function of client.
-Be able to discuss own feelings and interpretation of certain objects.

MECHANICS:
1. Patient and student nurse will be sitted face to face
2. instruct the client about the activity.
3. Patient will be shown with a certain picture
4. patient will be ask to tell what is the object in the flash card
5. patient will then be ask the object’s usage/indication and how it is used.

MATERIALS NEEDED:
1. flash cards with pictures
2. chairs
