Points For In order to be impressive, some advertising may use various tactics and often carry some undesirable content. This kind of advertisement should be restricted. e.g. one Burger Kings advertisement is sex allusive and carry some adultery content. Advertisement in this form should be restrict in the interest of majority of the citizen, especially to prevent the sexualisation of children. Some advertisement carries some stereotypes or prejudice that could cause unease of certain groups of people or even change the social trend. e.g. In most advertisement, women are supposed to be slim, healthy, pretty. There are many products that aimed to make people slim down so fat people are portrayed negatively. The man who coin the term Public Relation successfully persuade women to smoke and it became acceptable even it is harmful to healthy. Against Not only advertisement carries those kinds of content and normally the ideas are conveyed very implicitly to the extent that children would not able to understand what the advertisement supposed to convey.

Most of the time, the advertisement just reflect the social trends because entrepreneur cater to the demands of the society. e.g. Women want to slim down, gain social status and have equal rights.
