Have your say about Hungarian cuisine
Dear Reader!
My name is Tamas Gaspar studying at the Budapesti Gazdasági Főiskola in the field
of Trade, Gastronomy and Tourism. Flavours of Hungarian dishes are based on
centuries old traditions in spicing and preparation methods. The exquisite ingredients
are produced by local agriculture and husbandry. Authentic Hungarian dishes are
definitely not for people on diet. You may find our dishes a bit too heavy and fatty,
however their rich flavour, aroma and texture compensate you for the slightly
excessive calorie intake. in order to find out what European thinks about Hungarian
cuisine I am doing this questionnaire for my thesis so if you would be kind enough to
answer a few questions then I would be really thankful to you I can ensure you that
the information provided will not be used anywhere else. If you are interested in the
