Grundbegriffe
berblick
Wischfelds bezeichnet man
dessen maximale Ausdehnung
(Bild 1).
Wischfeld, eine theoretische

Gre. Bedingt durch die Steifigkeit der Komponenten der Wischanlage kann der Wischarm bei
nasser Scheibe ber die Endstellung hinausschwingen. Deshalb
sollte das Wischfeld immer mindestens 40 mm vom Rand des
Scheibeneinfassgummis entfernt
enden. Als Breite bzw. Hhe des

Einbauhinweise fr Wischanlagen
Hinweise zur Montage und Funktionsfhigkeit

Die richtige Funktionsweise der
dargestellten Wischanlagen wird
garantiert, wenn der Einbau fachgerecht ausgefhrt wird.
Einbau der Wischerlager im
Winkel von 90 zur Scheibe
(Normalfall).
Wischerlager fest fixiert.
Bei Wischanlagen mit
Gestnge und mehreren Wischerlagern:
Paralleler Einbau der Wischerlager zueinander bzw. bei Spreizung nur bis zum angegebenen
Winkel (Bild 6, z.B. 2 30 ).
Einbau der Wischanlagen nach

Angebotszeichnung:
Winkelstellung der Wischerlager in
der Horizontalen und Vertikalen beachten. Bei nicht entsprechendem
Einbau knnen sich Wischwinkel,
Wischflche etc. verndern.
Die Bauteile sollten so angeordnet und montiert sein, dass in den
Wendepunkten (Punkt, an dem
sich die Bewegungsrichtung der
Wischhebel ndert) die Gelenkpunkte 1, 2, 3, M und 3, M, 1, 2
auf einer Geraden liegen. Der
Winkel ist zum Erreichen des
synchronen Gleich- oder Gegenlaufes notwendig und ist von den
Maen a und b (also der Wischermotorlage) abhngig (Bild 7).
Wischanlagen gewhrleisten
ein optimales Wischergebnis nur
bei geringer Luftstrmung an der
Scheibe. Bei hheren Geschwindigkeiten hngt die Anpresskraft
von den fahrzeugspezifischen
Strmungsverhltnissen ab und
muss in Versuchen abgeklrt
werden.
Wischanlagen drfen nur bis
zu den angegebenen Wischarmund Wischblattlngen bestckt
werden. Die Verwendung von
Wischarmen mit erhhtem Anpressdruck ist nicht zulssig.

Mit dem Growischanlagen-Programm sind unterschiedliche Problemlsungen mglich:

Dreihebel-Gleichlaufanlage fr berbreit
berlappende Sektorwischfelder
Growischanlagen sind fahrzeugspezifische
Wischanlagen, bei denen die Wischbewegungen
vom Wischermotor ber Gestnge zu den Wischerlagern bertragen wird. Dabei werden die Stangenkrfte ber das Blech des Fahrzeugs abgesttzt, eine
spezielle Halterung (Platine) ist im Gegensatz zu
Kompaktwischanlagen nicht vorhanden. Deshalb
ist es zur Adaption einer solchen Anlage empfehlenswert, eine Zeichnung fr den konkreten Anwendungsfall anzufordern.
Einhebel-Groanlage fr Parallelwischfeld.
Anwendung: Scheiben grer als 1 x 1 m.
Einhebel-Groanlage fr Sektorwischfeld.
Anwendung: Zustzliche obere Scheibe bei Reisebussen.

Aerotwin zusammen mit neuen Wischarmen nachgerstet
werden.
Demontage des alten Wischarms
ffnen Sie die Motorhaube.

Markieren Sie die Position des Wischarms auf der
Windschutzscheibe mit Klebeband.
Setzen Sie einen Schraubendreher in die Aussparung
der Abdeckkappe des Wischarms 1
und hebeln Sie die Abdeckkappe ab.
Lsen Sie die Wischarmmutter 2.
Nehmen Sie den Wischarm durch leicht ruckende
Bewegungen von der Wischerwelle ab 3.
Montage des neuen Wischarms
Setzen Sie den Wischarm auf die Wischerwelle.
Richten Sie den Wischarm am Klebeband auf der
Windschutzscheibe aus.
Ziehen Sie die Wischarmmutter fest.
Setzen Sie die Abdeckung auf den Wischarm auf.
Ziehen Sie das Klebeband von der Windschutzscheibe ab.
Schlieen Sie die Motorhaube.
