Recipe for Adai Dosa / Protein Dosa Ingredients:Rice 1cup Dhal (mixed) -1 cup Onion- 2 g/r chilli- 2 to 4 ginger-

- inch garlic 6 coconut -5 chips (can be scraped or cut into fine pieces) Preparatory Method:soak rice and dhal for an hour grind into coarser and thick batter cut onion/ginger/garlic/coconut/g.chillies and add to the batter( can also grind them into coarser paste and add to the batter) temper some mustard seeds and curry leaves and add them to the batter the batter is ready for preparation spread the batter on a hot plate let the dosa be thick. sprinkle some oil. cover it with a lid. let it cook for a second or 2. Turn it to the other side and let it cook. Adai dosa is ready and served with coconut/tomato/g.chutney ( can also be eaten with fresh butter & finely shaved jaggery)
