THE DRAW: ASSIGNED POSITIONS

This document matches team names to positions in The Grid for WSDC 2013. Teams were assigned to positions by randomly drawing names, according to the groups of teams in the Pre-Tournament Ranking. The Draw was done at 22.45 GMT on 9 January in London. Team names were drawn by WSDC alumni Nick Pacheco (with previous affiliations to Bermuda and England) and Scott Ralston (previous affiliations to Scotland and UAE). The Draw was witnessed by Beth James (Chief Adjudicator) in person, and by Aaron Maniam (Chief Adjudicator) in Singapore via Skype. Groups A, D, G and H were drawn by Scott Ralston. Groups B, C, E and F were drawn by Nick Pacheco.
