(Hereafter FCUSA) Freedom Starter Loan Application This agreement is between Freedom Foundation USA, LLC (FFUSA), dba Freedom Club USA (FCUSA), a Nevada Limited Liability Company with a primary office located at 2533 N. Carson St., Carson City, Nevada 89706 with primary mailing address at 5295 Hwy 78, Suite D147, Stone Mountain, Georgia 30087 and Applicant defined in the online application submission at http://freedomclubusa.com/emergency_funding. This document serves to request from FCUSA by Applicant certain monies for emergency financing according to the following terms: Terms of request for approval: 1. The member must have an active Administrative Remedy (AR) in process or completed. If the AR is in process, the member agrees to follow through to completion, of the remedy to payout and reimburse FCUSA in the amount of all loans. 2. A member may request the funding required to cover immediate necessities and emergencies. A description of the needs (see application form) must be submitted to this request for assistance. 3. If approved, funds will be made available through an account in the FX411 Foundation, established through FX411. If the member does not have the funds to setup this account, additional loan monies will be provided to cover that cost. 4. The total of all funds loaned will be at no interest, and will be recovered when the member is funded on the back end prior to distribution of the members percentage into his/her FX411 Foundation. A loan contract will be completed after approval for the funding repayment. 5. FCUSA understands that if marketing and back end funding of the AR process is delayed that additional funds may be requested from the FCUSA Benevolent Foundation by Applicant. At the same time the member must show activity of their own to attempt to resolve their financial and educational gap. 6. Any express or implied guarantees or warranties of the payout process by FCUSA are specifically denied. 7. The award of financing will be determined and approved by a committee designated by FCUSA. 8. Both parties agree to internal FCUSA mediation by an FCUSA selected committee should any dispute on a loan occur. Any and all disputes will be resolved by this committee. Both parties agree not to seek outside counsel, and not to litigate in any U.S. court or other legal jurisdiction on planet Earth.
