A Full Time Position as a General Practitioner To provide onsite care and coverage at Menno Home Brundige Street, Abbotsford, BC

Focus: Geriatrics within a Primary Care Model including management of Dementia and Delirium a Residential Care Setting Expectations: To assume full service care of a resident (patient) population residing at Menno Home The above duties will be in liaison with Dr. Alfred Chafe, Medical Director, Menno Home, other attending physicians, allied health staff and the Enhanced Residential Care Program supported jointly by the Fraser Health Authority, GPSC, the Ministry of Health and the Abbotsford Division of Family Practice.

Income will be derived from the Medical Services Plan by fee for service and funding provided through the

Enhanced Residential Care Program.

This is a FULL TIME PLUS position easily including 60 hours per week.
