PROFICIENT 8...7 Perceptions are thoughtful and considered; support is relevant, detailed, clearly connected to ideas and impressions coherent Voice is distinct, tone is well considered, stylistic choices are specific and frequently effective.

SATISFACTORY 6...5 Perceptions are appropriate but may be generalized; support is adequate and generally connected to ideas and impressions; clear Voice is matter-of-fact and tone is appropriate, stylistic choices adequate and occasionally effective.
