>3 tbsps unflavored gelatin >1 cup coconut juice >1-300ml can condensed milk >2-1/2 cups ripe

mangoes, coarsely chopped >2 cups young coconut meat, coarsely chopped

Procedure: 1. Dissolve gelatin in the coconut juice. Bring to boil until gelatin has dissolved. 2. Turn off heat and stir in condensed milk, mangoes and coconut meat. Pour into desired molds and chill until set.
