I would have a friendly conversation starting with the good things of the observation and giving deep observation from the possible mistakes made during the class. - What happens if the trainee fails? What advice would you give her/him? I would suggest to apply the suggestions to be corrected for a future visit. - What can the trainee do, if he does not accept the feedback of the trainer? I would give the session filmed to show it before him/her and stop the video when necessary to explain if necessary. -Is a second visit possible? With the same trainer? I think a different trainer with the same format could visit the trainee.
