    2. AIM OF THE PRESENT WORK: QSAR stands for Quantitative Structure Activity Relationship. It says that a relationship between chemical structure and biological activity. The objective of QSAR is to allow prediction of the activities of compounds which have not been biologically tested in the training set. The aim to develop a QSAR equation in the series of pyrrolo[2,1-f] [1,2,4]triazine for its Met kinase inhibitory activity. From the developed QSAR equation it was planned to define the basic pharmacophore of Met kinase for its anticancer activity. From the developed QSAR equation in the series of pyrrolo[2,1-f] [1,2,4]triazine, prediction of Met kinase inhibitory activity of the compounds which has not been synthesized.
