Is it the rise of the BPO industry? 2. Why especially these two regions?

3) Considering that residents of Shillong eat a lot of non-vegetarian food, should a prospective businessman open up a vegetarian restaurant in Shillong? 4) Many parts of the North Eastern India lack better medical facilities. However, a huge chunk of this youth are going out of the country, either for pursuing higher education or for more lucrative job offers. Does this affect the market of iPods & MP3? 7) With the advent of air travel and the increase in purchasing power parity of people is it time for Shillong to have a full-fledged airport of its own?
