As this is done each day, let your child color in or put a sticker on the power outlet located on the back of the devotional. At the end of the week please sign as proof of completion and return to the teacher. Children who complete 3 weeks Power Cords in a month will have their Picture posted in the foyer of Power Source and their name in the newsletter.

The shedding of Jesus blood on the cross was a blood covenant with you and me that which can never be broken.

Genesis 17:7, I will establish My covenant between Me and you and your descendants.

Father God, Thank you for loving me and taking care of me. Bless my church, Apostles Ron and Hope. Bless my teachers for teaching me Your Word. I believe your love is flowing through me to other people. Help me to obey my parents so things will go well with me and I will live a long life on the earth. I will tell how great you are and how much I love you. I thank You that by Jesus stripes I am healed. In Jesus' name, Amen

God will make me a great nation and He will bless me; He will make my name great. Genesis 12:2 Just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father; I too may live a new life. Romans 6:4

A covenant is a promise that is so serious that if either party breaks it, they would be put to death. The entire Bible is one big story of blood covenant between God and man. God was the first one to cut a blood covenant way back in the garden of Eden. When He shed the blood of an animal to cover Adam and Eve, it was a promise to forgive mans sins. God has made many promises to us in the Bible. We, too, have a blood covenant with God. He didnt shed the blood of animals like he did with Adam and Eve, or with Abraham. Instead, He shed the blood of His own dear son, Jesus. Jesus blood shed on the cross was a blood covenant with us that can never be broken. With this covenant our sins are not just covered up, but they are washed away.
