Dear Hiring Manager,

I am a third year student at Cal Poly and am applying for the Exercise Room Assistant position. I have previous experience as a Weight Room Assistant and I feel I am extremely qualified for the open position. I high school I worked at a local tennis club in which I fulfilled tasks such as maintaining and wiping down exercise machines, opening and closing down the weight room, gym, and pool area, and checking out equipment to members. As well as having this previous experience, my organizational skills help me to excel at whatever job I am doing, and help me to finish the job as efficiently as possible. I work great with others as well as independently and I am used to working in a professional environment. Last summer I interned at a company which marketed for law firms. This experience really honed my organizations skills along with building professional communicational skills. I am looking for a part-time position with ASI and couldnt imagine a better fit for my skill set and experience than the Exercise Room Assistant position.
