This Letter is to recommend Mr. Harshit Kumar Gupta, a 2010 batch student of mine and now an applicant for SN BOSE Scholars program running under DST. Mr Harshit is a student of mine with a very good analytical mind. He is one of top 5 Students of his class. The institute curriculum is crossdisciplinary requiring students to do hands-on projects in heterogeneous groups as part of various courses. I have taught him various number of professional courses besides core courses, like Numerical Methods, Computational Fluid Dynamics, in which students have to do software based projects. The innovativeness they need to put in designing a real life system and analyzing the same makes them different from the lot. Being Dean Students , I also know him as one of the best counseling member and academic guide to academically weak students.

I strongly recommend Mr. Harshit Kumar Gupta as a research fellow for the projects.
