autosampler collar and detach 3 tubes attached to it Remove close tube sampler holder Remove small specimen filter Soak autosampler collar, close tube holder and filter in Clorox Replace the 4 round filters with clean ones. ( Note : Clean filters have to wash with water before use. Soak dirty filters in diluted Cholorox.) Clean salt-bulidup at autosampler collar,close holder with warm water Rince soaked autosampler collar , close tube holder and filter with water Attach back the 3 tubings to the autosampler collar pin accordingly 43,44 on one side and 45 on the other . Place close tube holder and filter back in its respective place. Connect back waste container . Replace any reagent tats is low . Exit STANDBY When system in READY ,clik on :i. Utilities ii. Hydrautic function iii. Flow cell wash iv. RBC/BASO RETIC FLOWCELL -1 cycle Holding a container of EZ kleen under probe ,clik on :i.START (Hold container until probe goes down ) ii.PEROX FLOWCELL -1 cycle Holding a container of EZ kleen under probe ,clik on :i.START (Hold container until probe goes down ) ii.SYSTEM WASH-1 cycle
