tips. Only use the product as instructed and only
for the indicated eld of application. Keep instructions in a safe place. Submit all documents to a
third party if distributing the product.

Proper use

This product is intended to provide a method of

holding a hand-held angle grinder in a xed position
while using it for cutting. The product is suitable for
most hand-held angle grinders that take a disc 115
or 125 mm diameter disc. Any use other than that
described above or modication to the product is
not permitted and could lead to injury and/or damage to the product. The manufacturer accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from improper use.
The product is not intended for commercial use.

Safety advice
Packaging materials present a suocation hazard.
Children often underestimate danger. Always
keep the product out of reach of children. This
product is not a toy.
 Keep your working area clean and well lit.
Untidy or poorly lit working areas can lead to
accidents.
 Store the angle grinder stand in dust-free and
dry conditions.

To avoid danger to life from

electric shock!

 Ensure that the mains lead does not enter the

working area of the disc or lie within range of
ying sparks.
 Always keep the angle grinders mains lead in
place using the clip 37 .
 Always pull your angle grinders mains plug
out of the mains socket before you carry out
any cleaning or adjustment of your angle
grinder stand.

Avoiding the danger of injury

and/or damage to property!







While working with your angle

grinder always wear protective
glasses, hearing protection and
safety gloves, and if necessary a hairnet (with
long hair) and a dust mask (depending on the
materials being cut).
Do not wear loose clothing while you are working with your angle grinder stand.
Fasten the angle grinder stand through the fastening holes down on to a workbench / table.
Ensure that the workbench / table and the
stand are stable.
CAUTION! DANGER OF INJURY! Ensure
that you do not come into contact with the cutting disc while working.
Always use the cutting disc safety guard 5 .
Use this angle grinder stand only with angle
grinders that have a suitable metal protective
guard around the disc.

 Position this protective guard on the grinder in















such a way that the lower part of the rotating

cutting disc is uncovered and the grinders protective guard cannot come into contact with the
workpiece.
CAUTION! DANGER OF FIRE!
Cutting metal creates sparks. Ensure
that there are no ignitable materials
in the working area.
Sparks can damage paint, glass and other surfaces. Do not wear clothing made of nylon or
polyester; wear suitable, non-inammable
working clothes.
Ensure that the workpiece is held rmly in
place and lies tightly against the base plate.
Do not use the device on workpieces that are
too large, otherwise they cannot be held rmly
in middle of the vice.
Check before and regularly during use that the
screws, bolts and other xings are rmly seated.
Check the stand regularly for damage. Vibrations can loosen screws, bolts and other xings
during use.
Never use your angle grinder stand if you discover that it is damaged in any way.
Ensure that the cutting disc of your angle grinder
is mounted at right angles to the base plate.
Use cutting discs only and not roughing discs
in this stand.
Check the cutting disc of your angle grinder
regularly for damage.
Never use a disc if you discover it has any dents,
nicks or other damage. It could disintegrate.
Do not allow parts of your body to come within
working range of the cutting disc until after it
has come to a standstill.
When cutting follow the instructions of the manufacturers of the electrical power tool and the
cutting disc.
Use angle grinders that have a cutting disc diameter of 115 or 125 mm only.
Do not allow anyone else to come within the working range of the device while you are using it.

Assembly


Assembly

CAUTION! DANGER OF FIRE! Assemble

and use the product on a re-resistant surface only.
The following tools are required for
assembly:
7 x Open spanners (1 x 8 mm, 2 x 10 mm,
2 x 14 mm, and possibly 2 x 17 mm)
2 x Allen key
1 x Slotted head screwdriver (approx. 5 mm)
Follow these steps:
 Fasten the saddle 33 on to the base plate 32
with the hexagonal socket head screws 35
and washers 34 (see Fig. A).
 Fasten the handle 3 on to the mount 36 with
the projecting screw thread and the corresponding
nut (see Fig. A).
Note: Please bear in mind that the angle
grinder must be tted with a suitable cutting
disc before assembly. It is not possible to
change the disc with the angle grinder installed
in the stand.
 Now mount the angle grinder in the mount 36 .
Note: At this point, rst check the size of the
handle thread of your angle grinder. It may be
M6, M8 or M10.
 Then place the corresponding mounting bolts 9 ,
10 , 11 , washers 8 and matching nuts 12 , 13 ,
14 , distance pieces 15 , 16 , 17 and plastic
bushings 6 , 7 to one side, ready for use.
 Insert the necessary plastic bushings 6 , 7
into the mounting pieces 18 , 38 (see Fig. B).
Note: Ensure that the size of the plastic bushings 6 , 7 matches the required mounting
bolts 9 , 10 . Plastic bushings are not required
for mounting bolts M10 11 .
 Screw the matching mounting bolt 9 , 10 , 11
through the rear mounting piece 38 (see Fig. B).
 Fasten the rear mounting piece 38 in place by
tightening the corresponding size of nut 12 , 13 ,
14 on the mounting bolt 9 , 10 , 11 (i.e. by
turning it in the direction of the mounting piece 38 )
(see Fig. B).
 Insert the adjustment screw 20 through the bottom hole and the adjustment screw 1 through













the top hole of the mount 36 . Note that later

the rubber buers of these screws must lie
against the angle grinder housing.
Note: First insert these screws so that the rubber
buers lie directly against the mount 36 .
Now push the plastic locating pieces 19 of the
mounting pieces 18 , 38 on to the guide of the
mount 36 (Figure B).
Then attach the mounting pieces 18 , 38
through the plastic locating pieces 19 with the
hexagonal socket head screws 31 in the elongated holes in the mount 36 (see Fig. A).
Place the desired distance piece 15 , 16 , 17 on
the mounting bolt 9 , 10 , 11 and washer 8
on to the front mounting piece 18 (see Fig. D).
Note: The three distance pieces 15 , 16 , 17
are of dierent lengths. Choose the distance
piece 15 , 16 , 17 of the most appropriate length.
Note: Set the distance piece 15 , 16 , 17 so
that the cutting disc cannot come into contact
with the workbench / table below the base
plate 32 (see Figure E).
Screw the matching mounting bolt 9 , 10 , 11
through the front mounting piece 18 .
Fasten the front mounting piece 18 in place by
tightening the corresponding size of nut 12 , 13 ,
14 on the mounting bolt 9 , 10 , 11 (i.e. by
turning it in the direction of the mounting piece 18 ).
Now set the adjustment screws 1 , 20 so that
the angle grinder is aligned at right angles to
the base plate 32 and rmly attached to the
mount 36 .
After slightly loosening the hexagonal socket
head screws 35 , adjust the saddle 33 so that
the cutting disc of the angle grinder lowers into
centre of the slot provided in the base plate 32 .
Now attach the safety guard 5 . To do this
push the safety guard 5 on to the metal rod 2
and fasten it in place with the nut 4 (see Fig. C).
Now insert the metal rod 2 into the corresponding opening in the mount 36 and fasten
it in place with the nut 39 and the mounting
bolt 40 (see Fig. ).
Always keep the angle grinders mains lead in
place using the clip 37 .
After assembly is complete, switch the angle
grinder on for a few seconds and then switch it

o again. Check again that all the screws,
bolts and xings are rmly seated.


Operation

Place the workpiece on to the base plate 32

against the rear stop 27 and secure it with the
vice 41 .
Note: Ensure that the workpiece lies against
the base plate 32 .
 CAUTION! DANGER OF INJURY! Ensure
that the length of the workpiece is at least half
the length of the stop 27 , otherwise the workpiece may become loose and slide out.
 Set the vice 41 so that the workpiece lines up
with the centre of the cutting disc.
 Now switch on the angle grinder and press it
down on to the workpiece.
 Avoid any backwards movement and apply
even pressure on the workpiece.


Cleaning and care

Use a slightly moist, u-free cloth when you

are cleaning or polishing the product.

Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose of
at local recycling facilities.

Contact your local refuse disposal authority for

more details of how to dispose of your worn-out
product.

Prije montae, upoznajte se sa proizvodom. Za to proitajte pomno slijedee

upute za montau kao i upute za posluivanje i sigurnost. Rabite proizvod iskljuivo prema
uputama i za navedena podruja primjene. Briljivo
sauvajte ove upute. U sluaju prosljeivanja proizvoda treim osobama, izruite takoer svu pripadajuu dokumentaciju.


Namjenska uporaba

Ovaj proizvod predvien je za uporabu kao stacionarno pomagalo za uvrivanje tijekom rezanja
runim kutnim brusilicama. Proizvod je prikladan za
veinu jednorunih kutnih brusilica sa promjerom
ploe od 115 do 125 mm. Svaka druga uporaba,
koja odstupa od prethodno opisane, ili promjena
proizvoda nije dozvoljena i moe prouzroiti ozljede
i / ili oteenje proizvoda. Proizvoa ne preuzima
nikakvu odgovornost za tete nastale od nenamjenske

Skladitite stalak kutne brusilice na suhome
mjestu, te ga zatitite od praine.









Izbjegavajte opasnost po

Osigurajte da mreni kabel ne ulazi u radno

podruje ploe ili u dodir s iskrama.
Privrstite mreni kabel kutne brusilice uvijek
pomou stezaljke 37 .
Prije ienja ili namjetanja stalka kutne brusilice,
uvijek uzvucite utika kutne brusilice iz utinice.





Izbjegavajte opasnost od
ozljeda i / ili materijalnu tetu!

Tijekom rada sa kutnom brusilicom,

nosite uvijek zatitne oale, titnike
za ui i zatitne rukavice, a ukoliko
je potrebno mreu za kosu (ako je dulja kose)
te masku za udisanje kisika (ovisno o vrsti
materijala koji se obrauje).
 Ne nosite iroku odjeu tijekom rada sa stalkom
kutne brusilice.
 Privrstite stalak kutne brusilice na privrsnim
rupama radnog stola. Osigurajte vrstu postavu
stola i stalka.
 OPREZ! OPASNOST OD OZLJEDA! Vodite
rauna o tome, da tijekom rada ne doete u
dodir sa reznom ploom.
 Rabite uvijek zatitni poklopac 5 rezne ploe.

Rabite stalak kutne brusilice iskljuivo sa kutnom

brusilicom, opremljenom sa metalnim zatitnim
poklopcem oko ploe.
Pozicionirajte zatitni poklopac tako, da se
rezna ploa ploa okree u donjem podruju, te
da zatitni poklopac nemoe dodirivati izradak.
OPREZ! OPASNOST OD POARA! Rezanje prouzrokuje iskre.
Osigurajte da se zapaljivi materijali
ne nalaze u blizini radnog podruja.
Iskre mogu otetiti boje, staklo i ine povrine.
Ne nosite odjeu od najlona ili poliestera, ve
prikladnu, nezapaljivu radnu odjeu.
Osigurajte da je izradak dobro privren i da
vrsto prilijee na podlonoj ploi.
Ne rabite prevelike izradke, kako bi ih sigurno
mogli privrstiti pomou draa s navojem.
Prije i tijekom uporabe, redovito provjeravajte
sigurno uvrenje svih vijaka.
Redovito provjeravajte stalak na mogua oteenja. Vibracije tijekom pogona mogu otpustiti
vijke.
Ne rabite Va stalak kutne brusilice ako ustanovite bilo kakva oteenja.
Osigurajte, da je rezna ploa Vae kutne brusilice okomito montirana prema podlonoj ploi.
Rabite u ovome stalku iskljuivo rezne ploe a
ne ploe za grubo obraivanje.
Redovito provjeravajte rezne ploe Vae kutne
brusilice na mogua oteenja.
Ne rabite plou, ako ustanovite bilo kakva udubljenja, utore ili druga oteenja. Ista bi mogla
eksplodirati.
Ne zahvaajte nikad u radno podruje rezne
ploe, sve dok se potpuno ne zaustavi.
Pridravajte se uputa proizvoaa elektrinih
ureaja, te rezne ploe vezano za rez.
Rabite iskljuvo kutne brusilice sa promjerom
rezne ploe od 115 ili 125 mm.
Vodite rauna o tome, da druge osobe ne ulaze
u djelokrug ureaja tijekom rada.

OPREZ! OPASNOST OD POARA! Montirajte i rabite proizvod iskljuivo na vatrootpornoj

podlozi.
Za montau potrebno Vam je:
7 x eljusni kljuevi (1 x SW8, 2 x SW10,
2 x SW14, eventualno 2 x SW17)
2 x unutarnji esterobridni kljuevi
1 x izvija s prorezom (cca. 5 mm)
Postupite na slijedei nain:
 Privrstite sedlo 33 pomou unutarnjeg esterobridnog kljua 35 , kao i podlonih ploa 34
na temeljnoj ploi 32 (vidite prikaz A).
 Privrstite drku 3 pomou uputenog vijka i
pripadajue matice na drau 36 (vidite prikaz A).
Uputa: Molimo vodite rauna o tome, da kutna
brusilica ve prije montae treba biti opremljena
sa odgovarajuom reznom ploom, jer mijenjanje ploe nije mogue ako je kutna brusilica
ve ugraena.

 Nakon toga pripremite sebi na dohvat odgovarajue privrsne vijke 9 , 10 , 11 , podlone
ploe 8 kao i odgovarajue matice 12 , 13 , 14 ,
graninik 15 , 16 , 17 i plastine ahure 6 , 7 .
 Umetnite potrebne plastine ahure 6 , 7 u
privrsne klinove 18 , 38 (vidite prikaz B).
Uputa: Vodite rauna o tome, da rabite plastine ahure 6 , 7 koje odgovaraju potrebnim
privrsnim vijcima 9 , 10 . Za privrsni vijak
M10 11 nije Vam potrebna plastina ahura.
 Uvijte odgovarajui privrsni vijak 9 , 10 , 11
kroz stranji privrsni klin 38 (vidite prikaz B).
 Privrstite stranji privrsni klin 38 , na nain da
pritegnete odgovarajuu maticu 12 , 13 , 14
privrsnog vijka 9 , 10 , 11 (to znai okretati u
smjeru privrsnog klina 38 )(vidite prikaz B).
 Umetnite justirni vijak 20 kroz donju rupu, a
justirni vijak 1 kroz gornju rupu draa 36 .
Gumeni titnici ovih vijaka trebaju kasnije prili-















jeati na kuitu kutne brusilice.

Uputa: Namjestite vijke prvo tako, da plastini
titnici izravno prilijeu na drau 36 .
Umetnite nakon toga plastine prijeme 19 privrsnih klinova 18 , 38 na vodilicu draa 36
(prikaz B).
Nako toga privrstite privrsni klin 18 , 38 kroz
te plastine prijeme 19 pomou unutarnjeg
esterobridnog kljua 31 u dugim rupama
draa 36 (vidite prikaz A).
Utaknite na prednjem privrsnom klinu 18
eljeni graninik 15 , 16 , 17 na privrsni vijak
9 , 10 , 11 i podlonu plou 8 (vidite prikaz D).
Uputa: Priloena su 3 graninika 15 , 16 , 17
u razliitim duljinama. Odaberite graninik 15 ,
16 , 17 , sa potrebnom duljinom.
Uputa: Namjestite graninik 15 , 16 , 17 tako
da, rezna ploa nemoe dodirivati radni stol
ispod podlone ploe 32 (vidite prikaz E).
Uvijte odgovarajui privrsni vijak 9 , 10 , 11
kroz prednji privrsni klin 18 .
Privrstite prednji privrsni klin 18 , na nain da
pritegnete maticu 12 , 13 , 14 privrsnog vijka
9 , 10 , 11 (to znai okretati u smjeru privrsnog klina 18 ).
Namjestite sad justirne vijke 1 , 20 tako, da je
kutna brusilica okomito usmjerena prema temeljnoj
ploi 32 , te da je vrsto montirana na drau 36 .
Nakon to ste lagano otpustili unutarnji esterobridni vijak 35 , namjestite sedlo 33 tako da
rezna ploa kutne brusilice uranja u sredini
izrez podlone ploe 32 .
Montirajte sad zatitni poklopac 5 . Postavite
za to zatitni poklopac 5 na metalnu ipku 2
i privrstite je pomou matice 4 (vidite prikaz C).
Nakon toga umetnite metalnu ipku 2 u odgovarajui otvor draa 36 i privrstite je maticom 39 i privrsnim vijkom 40 (vidite prikaz ).
Privrstite kabel kutne brusilice uvijek pomou
stezaljke 37 .
Nakon to ste zavrili montau, iskljuite kutnu
brusilicu nekoliko sekundi, te je ponovno ukljuite. Ponovno provjerite sve vijke dali su dobro
privreni.

graninika 27 i osigurajte ga pomou draa s

rauna o tome, da duljina izradka odgovara
najmanje polovici graninika 27 . Izradak bi se
inae mogao otpustiti i izletjeti.
 Namjestite dra s navojem 41 tako, da se
izradak nalazi u sredini rezne ploe.
 Ukljuite sad kutnu brusilicu i pritisnite je na
izradak.
 Izbjegavajte iznenadne nagle pokrete i ravnomjerno pritiskujte izradak.

Acest produs este conceput ca ajutor staionar de

xare pentru lucrrile de tiere cu maini de lefuit
unghiulare de mn. Acest produs se preteaz la
cele mai multe maini de lefuit unghiulare de
mn cu o dimensiune a discului de 115 sau
125 mm. O alt utilizare dect cea descris anterior sau o modicare a produsului nueste permis i
poate cauza accidente i / sau deteriorarea produsului. Pentru daunele cauzate de o utilizare necorespunztoare scopului, productorul nu preia nicio responsabilitate. Acest produs nu este destinat

tietor.
 Folosii ntotdeauna capacul de protecie 5 al
discului tietor.
 Folosii acest suport pentru maina de lefuit
unghiular numai cu o main de lefuit care,
este dotat cu un capac de protecie corespunztor discului.
 Poziionai capacul de protecie astfel nct,
discul tietor s se roteasc liber n partea de
jos, iar capacul s nu ating piesa de lucru.

ATENIE! PERICOL DE INCENDIU! Lucrrile de tiere cauzeaz
scntei. Asigurai ca, niciun material
inamabil s nu se ae n zona de lucru.
 Scnteiele pot deteriora culoarea, sticla sau
altesuprafee. Nu purtai mbrcminte din nailon, poliester sau alt mbrcminte de lucru
necorespunztoare.
 Asigurai ca piesa de lucru s e bine xat i
s e bine amplasat pe placa de baz.
 Nu folosii piese de lucru care, sunt prea mari
pentru a putea bine xate prin intermediul suportului letat.

strngerea bun a uruburilor.
 Vericai suportul n mod regulat cu privire la
eventuale deteriorri. Datorit vibraiilor uruburile se pot desprinde n timpul funcionrii.

Asigurai ca discul tietor al mainii dvs. de lefuit unghiular s e montat vertical fa de

placa de baza.
Folosii numai discuri tietoare i nu discuri de
strunjire n acest suport.
Vericai discul tietor al mainii dvs. de lefuit
unghiularn mod regulat cu privire la eventuale deteriorri.
Nu folosii discul dac, identicai adncituri
,rupturi sau alte deteriorri. Poate exploda.
Nu intervenii niciodat n zona de lucrua discului tietor atta timp ct acesta nu s-aoprit.
Respectai instruciunile productorului aparatelor electrice i al discurilor tietoare cu privire
la tiere.
Folosii numai maini de lefuit unghiulare a
cror disc tietor are un diametru de 115 sau
125 mm.
Avei grij ca n timpul etapelor de lucru s nu
se ae alte persoane n raza de aciune a aparatului.

Montaj




ATENIE! PERICOL DE INCENDIU! Montai

Pentru montaj avei nevoie de:
7 x Chei (1 x SW8, 2 x SW10,
2 x SW14, evt. 2 x SW17)
2 x Chei hexagonale
1 x urubelni (cca. 5 mm)
Procedai dup cum urmeaz:
 Fixai soclul 33 cu uruburile hexagonale 35
ct i cu aibele plate 34 pe placa de baz 32
(vezi g. A).
 Fixai mnerul 3 prin intermediul urubului ngropat i piuliei aparintoare pe suport 36
(vezi g. A).
Indicaie: Avei n vedere c, maina de lefuit unghiular trebuie s e dotat deja nainte
de montaj cu un disc tietor corespunztor, deoarece schimbarea discului nu este posibil
atunci cnd, maina de lefuit unghiular este
montat.




Montai acum maina de lefuit unghiular n

suport 36 .
Indicaie: Pentru aceasta vericai mai nti
dac, maina dvs. de lefuit unghiular deine
un suport pentru mner cu mrimea letului de
M6, M8 sau M10.
Pregtii apoi uruburile de xare corespunztoare 9 , 10 , 11 , aibele plate 8 ct i piuliele aparintoare 12 , 13 , 14 , distanatoarele
15 , 16 , 17 i manoanele din plastic 6 , 7 .
Introducei manoanele din plastic necesare 6 ,
7 n bolurile de xare 18 , 38 (vezi g. B).
Indicaie: Avei grij s folosii manoanele
din plastic 6 , 7 corespunztor la uruburile
de xare 9 , 10 . Pentru urubul de xare
M10 11 nu necesitai un manon din plastic.

Aplicai acum dispozitivele de preluare din
plastic 19 ale bolurilor de xare 18 , 38 pe
ghidajul suportului 36 (gura B).
Prindei bolul de xare 18 , 38 prin aceste dispozitive de preluare din plastic 19 cu ajutorul
uruburilor hexagonale 31 n oriciile longitudinaleale suportului 36 (vezi g. A).
Aplicai pe bolul de xare din fa 18 distanatoarele dorite 15 , 16 , 17 pe urubul de xare
9 , 10 , 11 i aiba plat 8 (vezi g. D).
Indicaie: Sunt disponibile 3 distanatoare 15 ,
16 , 17 de lungimi diferite. Alegei distanatorul
15 , 16 , 17 , care are lungimea potrivit.
Indicaie: Reglai distanatorul 15 , 16 , 17
astfel nct discul tietor s nu poat ating masa
de lucru sub placa de baz 32 (vezi gura E)

Acum montai capacul de protecie 5 . Pentru
aceasta punei capacul de protecie 5 pe
bara de metal 2 i l prindei cu ajutorul piuliei 4 (vezi g. C).
Punei bara de metal 2 n oriciul corespunztor al suportului 36 i prindei-o cu piulia 39
i surubul de xare 40 (vezi g. ).
Prindei cablul mainii de lefuit unghiulare ntotdeauna cu ajutorul clemei 37 .
Dup terminarea montajului pornii i apoi
oprii maina de lefuit unghiular. Apoi vericai din nou dac, toate uruburile sunt bine
strnse.

Deservire

Punei piesa de lucru pe placa de baz 32 la

opritorul din spate 27 i asigurai-o prin intermediul unui suport letat 41 .
Indicaie: Avei grij ca piesa de lucru s se
ae pe placa de baz 32 .
 ATENIE! PERICOL DE ACCIDENTARE!
Avei grij ca lungimea piesei de lucru s corespund cel puin la jumtate din lungimea
opritorului 27 . n caz contrar piesa de lucru se
poate desprinde i poate aruncat afar.
 Reglai suportul letat 41 astfel nct, piesade
lucru s se ae n mijlocul discului tietor.
 Acum pornii maina de lefuit unghiular i
apsai-o pe piesa de lucru.
 Evitai micrile brute i exercitai o presiune
uniform asupra piesei de lucru.

Pentru curare i ntreinere folosii numai o

lavet uor umezit i fr scame.

Ambalajul este fabricat din materiale
care nu polueaz mediul nconjurtor
care trebuie dezafectate corespunztor

Einleitung

Machen Sie sich vor der Montage mit

dem Produkt vertraut. Lesen Sie hierzu
aufmerksam die nachfolgende Montageanleitung sowie die Bedien- und Sicherheitshinweise.
Benutzen Sie das Produkt nur wie beschrieben und
fr die angegebenen Einsatzbereiche. Bewahren
Sie diese Anleitung gut auf. Hndigen Sie alle Unterlagen bei Weitergabe des Produkts an Dritte ebenfalls mit aus.

Bestimmungsgeme
Verwendung

Dieses Produkt ist als stationre Fixierhilfe fr Trennarbeiten mit Handwinkelschleifern vorgesehen. Das
Produkt ist fr die meisten Einhandwinkelschleifer
mit einer Scheibengre von 115 oder 125 mm
geeignet. Eine andere Verwendung als zuvor beschrieben oder eine Vernderung des Produkts ist
nicht zulssig und kann zu Verletzungen und / oder
Beschdigungen des Produkts fhren. Fr aus bestimmungswidriger Verwendung entstandene
Schden bernimmt der Hersteller keine Haftung.
Das Produkt ist nicht fr den gewerblichen Einsatz
bestimmt.

Vermeiden Sie Lebensgefahr

durch elektrischen Schlag!

 Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Netzkabel nicht in

den Arbeitsbereich der Scheibe oder in den
Bereich des Funkenugs gelangt.
 Befestigen Sie das Netzkabel des Winkelschleifers immer mittels der Klammer 37 .
 Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker Ihres Winkelschleifers
stets aus der Steckdose, wenn Sie irgendwelche
Reinigungs- oder Justierarbeiten an Ihrem
Winkelschleifer-Stnder vornehmen.

Vermeiden Sie Verletzungsgefahr

und / oder Sachbeschdigung!

Tragen Sie whrend der Arbeit mit

dem Winkelschleifer stets Schutzbrille,
Gehrschutz und Schutzhandschuhe,
sowie falls ntig ein Haarnetz (bei langen
Haaren) und Atemmaske (abhngig vom zu
bearbeitenden Material).
 Tragen Sie whrend der Arbeit mit dem Winkelschleifer-Stnder keine weite Kleidung.
 Befestigen Sie den Winkelschleifer-Stnder an
den Befestigungslchern auf dem Arbeitstisch.














Stellen Sie sicher, dass Tisch und Stnder einen

sicheren Stand haben.
VORSICHT! VERLETZUNGSGEFAHR!
Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie whrend der Arbeit
nicht mit der Trennscheibe in Berhrung kommen.
Verwenden Sie stets die Schutzabdeckung 5
der Trennscheibe.
Verwenden Sie diesen Winkelschleifer-Stnder
nur mit einem Winkelschleifer, welcher mit einer
geeigneten metallenen Schutzkappe um die
Scheibe ausgerstet ist.
Positionieren Sie diese Schutzkappe so, dass
die Trennscheibe im unteren Bereich oen luft,
und die Schutzkappe nicht mit dem Werkstck
in Berhrung kommen kann.
VORSICHT! BRANDGEFAHR!
Die Schneidearbeit erzeugt Funken.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich keine
entzndlichen Materialien im Arbeitsbereich
benden.
Funken knnen Farbe, Glas und andere Oberchen beschdigen. Tragen Sie keine Kleidung
aus Nylon oder Polyester, sondern geeignete,
unentzndliche Arbeitskleidung.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Werkstck gut befestigt ist und fest auf der Grundplatte auiegt.
Verwenden Sie keine Werkstcke, welche zu
gro sind, um sicher mittels des Schraubhalters
befestigt werden zu knnen.
berprfen Sie vor der Nutzung und whrend
des Gebrauchs regelmig den festen Sitz
smtlicher Schrauben.
berprfen Sie den Stnder regelmig auf
etwaige Beschdigungen. Durch Vibrationen
knnen sich Schrauben whrend des Betriebs
lsen.
Benutzen Sie Ihren Winkelschleifer-Stnder
nicht, wenn Sie irgendwelche Beschdigungen
feststellen.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Trennscheibe Ihres
Winkelschleifers senkrecht zur Grundplatte
moniert ist.
Verwenden Sie nur Trennscheiben und keine
Schruppscheiben in diesem Stnder.
berprfen Sie die Trennscheibe Ihres Winkelschleifers regelmig auf irgendwelche Beschdigungen.

Sicherheitshinweise / Montage
 Benutzen Sie die Scheibe nicht, wenn Sie irgend




welche Dellen, Kerben oder andere Beschdigungen feststellen. Sie kann explodieren.
Greifen Sie nie in den Arbeitsbereich der
Trennscheibe, solange diese nicht zum Stillstand
gekommen ist.
Befolgen Sie die Anweisungen des Herstellers
der Elektrogerte und der Trennscheiben
hinsichtlich des Schnitts.
Verwenden Sie nur Winkelschleifer, deren
Trennscheibe einen Durchmesser von 115 oder
125 mm hat.
Achten Sie darauf, dass sich whrend der
Arbeitsphasen keine weiteren Personen im
Aktionsradius des Gerts aufhalten.




Montage

VORSICHT! BRANDGEFAHR! Montieren

und verwenden Sie das Produkt nur auf einer feuerfesten Unterlage.
Sie bentigen zur Montage:
7 x Maulschlssel (1 x SW8, 2 x SW10,
2 x SW14, evt. 2 x SW17)
2 x Innensechskantschlssel
1 x Schlitzschraubendreher (ca. 5 mm)
Gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
 Befestigen Sie den Sattel 33 mit den Innensechskantschrauben 35 sowie den Unterlegscheiben
34 auf der Grundplatte 32 (siehe Abb. A).
 Befestigen Sie den Gri 3 mittels der eingelassenen Schraube und der zugehrigen
Mutter am Halter 36 (siehe Abb. A).
Hinweis: Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Winkelschleifer bereits vor der Montage mit einer
geeigneten Trennscheibe bestckt sein muss, da
das Wechseln der Scheibe bei eingebautem
Winkelschleifer nicht mglich ist.
 Montieren Sie nun den Winkelschleifer in den
Halter 36 .
Hinweis: berprfen Sie hierzu zunchst, ob
Ihr Winkelschleifer ber eine Grihalterung der
Gewindegre M6, M8 oder M10 verfgt.

Legen Sie sich dann die entsprechenden Halteschrauben 9 , 10 , 11 , Unterlegscheiben 8

sowie die zugehrigen Muttern 12 , 13 , 14 ,
Abstandshalter 15 , 16 , 17 und Kunststohlsen
6 , 7 gribereit.
Stecken Sie die bentigten Kunststohlsen 6 ,
7 in die Haltebolzen 18 , 38 (siehe Abb. B).
Hinweis: Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie die Kunststohlsen 6 , 7 passend zu den bentigten
Halteschrauben 9 , 10 verwenden. Fr die
Halteschraube M10 11 bentigen Sie keine
Kunststohlse.
Schrauben Sie die passende Halteschraube 9 ,
10 , 11 durch den hinteren Haltebolzen 38
(siehe Abb. B).
Befestigen Sie den hinteren Haltebolzen 38 ,
indem Sie die entsprechende Mutter 12 , 13 , 14
der Halteschraube 9 , 10 , 11 anziehen (d.h. in
Richtung Haltebolzen 38 drehen) (siehe Abb. B).
Stecken Sie die Justierschraube 20 durch das
untere Loch und die Justierschraube 1 durch
das obere Loch des Halters 36 . Die Gummipuer
dieser Schrauben mssen spter auf dem
Gehuse des Winkelschleifers auiegen.
Hinweis: Stellen Sie diese Schrauben zunchst
so ein, dass die Gummipuer direkt am Halter 36
anliegen.
Stecken Sie nun die Kunststoaufnahmen 19
der Haltebolzen 18 , 38 auf die Fhrung des
Halters 36 (Abbildung B).
Befestigen Sie dann die Haltebolzen 18 , 38
durch diese Kunststoaufnahmen 19 mit den
Innensechskantschrauben 31 in den Langlchern
des Halters 36 (siehe Abb. A).
Stecken Sie am vorderen Haltebolzen 18 den
gewnschten Abstandshalter 15 , 16 , 17 auf
Halteschraube 9 , 10 , 11 und Unterlegscheibe
8 (siehe Abb. D).
Hinweis: Es liegen 3 Abstandshalter 15 , 16 ,
17 in verschiedenen Lngen bei. Whlen Sie
den Abstandshalter 15 , 16 , 17 , welcher die
bentigte Lnge aufweist.
Hinweis: Stellen Sie den Abstandshalter 15 ,
16 , 17 so ein, dass die Trennscheibe den
Arbeitstisch unterhalb der Grundplatte 32 nicht
berhren kann (siehe Abbildung E).

Schrauben Sie die passende Halteschraube 9 ,

10 , 11 durch den vorderen Haltebolzen 18 .
Befestigen Sie den vorderen Haltebolzen 18 ,
indem Sie die Mutter 12 , 13 , 14 der Halteschraube 9 , 10 , 11 anziehen (d.h. in Richtung
Haltebolzen 18 drehen).
Stellen Sie nun die Justierschrauben 1 , 20 so
ein, dass der Winkelschleifer senkrecht zur
Grundplatte 32 ausgerichtet und fest auf dem
Halter 36 montiert ist.
Justieren Sie den Sattel 33 nach leichtem Lsen
der Innensechskantschrauben 35 so, dass die
Trennscheibe des Winkelschleifers mittig in den
Ausschnitt der Grundplatte 32 eintaucht.
Montieren Sie nun die Schutzabdeckung 5 .
Stecken Sie hierzu die Schutzabdeckung 5
auf die Metallstange 2 und befestigen Sie
diese mittels der Mutter 4 (siehe Abb. C).
Stecken Sie dann die Metallstange 2 in die
entsprechende nung des Halters 36 und
befestigen Sie diese mit der Mutter 39 und der
Halteschraube 40 (siehe Abb. ).
Befestigen Sie das Kabel des Winkelschleifers
immer mittels der Klammer 37 .
Schalten Sie den Winkelschleifer nach Beendigung der Montage fr einige Sekunden ein,
und danach wieder aus. berprfen Sie dann
erneut den festen Sitz aller Schrauben.

Vermeiden Sie ruckartige Bewegungen und

ben Sie gleichmigen Druck auf das Werkstck aus.

Reinigung und Pege

Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung und Pege nur

ein leicht angefeuchtetes fusselfreies Tuch.

Entsorgung
Die Verpackung besteht aus umweltfreundlichen Materialien, die Sie ber
die rtlichen Recyclingstellen entsorgen
knnen.

Mglichkeiten zur Entsorgung des ausgedienten

Produktes erfahren Sie bei Ihrer Gemeinde- oder
Stadtverwaltung.

Bedienung

Legen Sie das Werkstck auf die Grundplatte 32

an den hinteren Anschlag 27 und sichern Sie
es mittels des Schraubhalters 41 .
Hinweis: Achten Sie darauf, dass das Werkstck auf der Grundplatte 32 auiegt.
 VORSICHT! VERLETZUNGSGEFAHR!
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Lnge des Werkstcks mindestens der Hlfte des Anschlags 27
entspricht. Andernfalls kann sich das Werkstck
lsen und herausschleudern.
 Stellen Sie den Schraubhalter 41 so ein, dass
sich das Werkstck in der Mitte der Trennscheibe
bendet.
 Schalten Sie nun den Winkelschleifer ein und
drcken Sie ihn auf das Werkstck.
