SUMMARY, CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Summary of Findings

The system entitled “Safe and Sound (Automatic Home Alarm with Monitoring System)”

was designed for security purpose of the home owner and convenience for the visitors. The

following are the summary of findings done by the proponents’ base on the test results and

survey that had been conducted.

 The sensitivity has been tested regarding to the sensor was successfully executed. The

sensor will be triggered after the settled time which will signal to the doorbell to alarm.

 The accuracy of the doorbell, the monitor and the IR remote control has also been tested

which proves that it is accurately working to the desired output. The doorbell

automatically rings after the sensor has been triggered. The monitor will turn on

automatically when the alarm has been stopped. And finally, the IR remote control should

be aligned to the IR receiver so that the door will be unlocked.

 For the whole prototype itself it was tested thru its reliability.

Conclusion

By conducting the surveys and gathering of data that are needed for the proposed system,

the proponents obtained:

 A system that detects a person in the vicinity of your house for the security purpose.

 An automatic doorbell that rang when the sensor was triggered.

 A monitor that automatically switched on after the doorbell ring.

  A reliable and accurate Safe and Sound (Automatic Home Alarm with Monitoring

System) that will help the home owners and visitors as well.

Recommendations

Even if the proponents had been successfully met its objectives, the proposed system

have still an enhancement and improvements need to be made in order to fully optimize the

privileges of the ever changing technology and innovation. The following are the

recommendations made by the proponents for the future researchers:

 It is more accurate if you will use a presence sensor in the design for it will only detect a

person with a height of three feet and above that will lessen a mistake cheneler.
