My Key Responsibilities:
 Coordinated with client representatives for requirement research and accordingly created use cases for
various functional requirements. Prepared functional and technical requirements.
 Implementation of SAP EBP 4.0 in extended classic scenario.
 Setting up catalogs in Requisite eMerge (3.5) with views as per category constraints.
 Business configurations like setting up of organization structure for 25000 users with relevant attributes,
creation of around 200 product categories and replication of around 300 vendors from R/3 with
maintenance of their Business Partner data.
 One of the critical responsibilities is to provide the workflow consultant with the guidelines for development
of a very sophisticated custom workflow supporting extremely complex business rules of PwC UK. One of
the features is to trigger 5 parallel approval workflows for 5 different types of approval processes as per
business rules.
 Replacement of standard approval preview applet by custom application (business server pages) as
standard applet does not support parallel approval preview.
 Customization of standard BBP web templates as per the business requirements.
 Provided functional inputs for the development of java based interface to create shopping carts from third
party systems into EBP.
 Provided the functional inputs for the ALE/IDOC interface used by Business connector to connect to one of
the biggest market places in Europe, BT transact.
 Implemented BADI (Business Application Development Interface) for changing data before transferring
POs to backend as per requirement.
 Coordinated with the BIW team for custom development of data sources to create ODS (Operational Data
Storage) as required for various reporting purposes for PwC UK.
 Coordinated with XI (Exchange Infrastructure) resource for connection settings with Marketplace,
Certificate installation, defining routing rules and mappings.

 Technical design and development of business server pages using BHTML and ABAP/4
 ABAP/4 enhancement, BADI implementation and ALE/IDOC interfaces.
 Development of HR organization structure.
 Documentation and review process – Functional specifications, technical specifications, unit test plan and
unit test results.
 Run time analysis, coverage analysis of the ABAP developments.
