This american movie won an Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay and the Golden Globe Awards for Best Screenplay; this film was nominated for three other Academy Awards: Best Director, Best Picture, and Best Art Direction. This film includes an important cast like Owen Wilson, Marion Cotillard, Rachel McAdams, Kathy Bates, Michael Sheen, Adrien Brody , Nina Arianda, Mimi Kennedy, Kurt Fuller, Carla Bruni, La Seydoux and Tom Hiddleston. Written and directed by Woody Allen, with a running time of 94 minutes is one of the best prductions of Letty Aronson, Stephen Tenenbaum y Jaume Roures. MIDNIGHT IN PARIS is a romantic comedy that follows a family travelling to the city for business. The party includes a young engaged couple that has their lives transformed throughout the journey. The film celebrates a young mans great love for Paris, and simultaneously explores the illusion people have that a life different from their own is better. In the aspects to highlight appears the nature itself of the city where the events unfold contributing to the arts, that makes perfect to represent a work of this nature. Paris in the '20s with all those other giants artist and writers at its peak, the film is 94 minutes of total enchantment. With a lot of travels to the past, a lot of beautiful places in a past time. The journey that makes the movie through of differents epochs not only does appreciate the talent of Woody Allen like director, if not that simultaneously we find us with a series of characters, all of them are big artists in its differents areas of activity like the writer Ernest Hemingway, the painters Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dal and the director of cinema Luis Buuel, Between others. Anyone that watch the movie even if dont like the movie, cant say that have not a good production because the scenery and is absolutely amazing, is wonderful. The movie is genuinely graceful and glancingly funny. Simply memorable. The beautiful and simplicity of each scene make Woody Allen a genius. and it's for that definitely is one of Allen's best films.
