Bergmuelers video had reliable information that showed the highlights of the begging of World War II. Mainly the film addressed what the other countries in Europe were doing at the time. I found it very interesting because it explained Hitler taught the Nazis: war strategy, techniques for the invasion, and how to defeat the peple. This was useful information for under the sub tab on my website, Hitler Becomes Fuhrer. National Geographic, dir. Apocalypse: The Rise of Hitler. 2012. Film. 27 Jan 2013. <channel.nationalgeographic.com/>. This was an informative video because it showed how Hitler attacked Poland and who he truly was. He was strict and very cruel to everybody. This was a significant source because it gave all the details and information on the lead up to the invasion. The video expressed the treaty of Versailles, the failure of appeasement, and how Hitler became fuhrer. This source gave me an insight on how Hitler was a dictator and was very useful.

I found this source to be enlightening because the information came from an actual survivor of the Holocaust. I used the information he granted for the sub-tab of Saved by Schindlers List. Mr. Leyson told an amazing and true story that helps in understanding the terrible reality of the Holocaust. Autobiographies Hitler, Adolf. Mein Kampf. Germany: Eher Verlag Inc., 1925. This source was excellent because it explained in great detail Hitlers ideas about Nationalism, communism, Jews, and other political topics. Hitler also laid out his plan for Germanys resurgence. Reading even just portions of this book, shows what a terrible and cruel man he truly was.

This is a quote that was spoken by Georges Clemenceau to Raymond Poincare. It was at the Paris Peace Conference after

This is a quote by the then Prime Minister of France, Georges Clemenceau. He spoke at the Paris Peace Conference at the end of WWI. He was discussing Germanys need to make reparations. Kersha, Ian. Hitler Biography. New York: Norton Company and Inc., 2008. The reason I chose this book was because it talked about the main villain in World War II, Hitler. I found this useful because it had information on my topic and I would rely on this source for material on Hitler and his life. This information that it provided could be used under many tabs but it worked best under Axis and Allies tab. McNab, Chris. Hitler's MasterPlan. London: Amber Books, 2011. Hitlers Master Plan is a superb book because it actually explained what Hitler was doing. It described everything he did and how he did it. It had many facts and figures, and helpful information on each on the invasion of Poland and the other events in World War II. Messenger, Charles. World War 2. New York: DK Publishing Inc., 2009. I found this source useful because it explained other major events in WWII. This book expanded my knowledge and I now have more information on how the other countries reacted when Germany invaded them. This knowledge would come in handy when I need to compare the reactions of the German invasions. Overy, Richard. 1939 Countdown to War. New York: Penguin Group, 2011. This was an educative source because it had many maps and copies of pacts and treaties that were signed before and during World War II. Also, it contained information on the invasion of Poland and concentration camps. Finally, it explained the major people of World War II, and I used this information everywhere on my website.

This was a useful book because it explained what Poland, Germany, and Russia were all doing. This was a great source for when I need information on what was going on at the time. It also explained how Britain and France declared on Germany and that could go under Historical Context on my website. Randolph, Kate. Germany Invades Poland (World War 2). New York: Houghton Mifflin Company Imprint, 2001. I found this source useful because it explained some important people on the Polish side. When I wrote about the major people involved I used this source. Additionally, it addressed Hitlers rising to power and building up the German Empire.

It is also what was engraved on the right that the Jews Schindler saved, gave to him at the end of the war. It exemplifies what he did for them. The three leaders of the Allied Powers declared their commitment to securing peace after the war was over. They vowed to seek the cooperation of the worlds nations to ensure peace in the future. This was the beginning of the new United Nations.

I found this source to be satisfactory and useful in talking and about specific numbers in the war such as the number of people killed or the amount of days it lasted. It was very accurate and I used some of the information in every paragraph from this source. Also it had many pictures that I could use for my photo gallery and an interview. Edward Kennedy. "Nazi Surrender Ends European WWII Nightmare." Seattle Times May 7, 2012, n. page. I did not find much useful information in the article other than the conclusion. It told the sad ending of how all the people died including Hitler himself. The information helped me write the conclusion of my website on the turning point in history. Louis Nemeth. "World War II (September 1, 1939)." New York Times 13 June 2004, n. page. I found this information useful because it was similar to a looking back at the event passage. This will be a good source for my conclusion or looking back paragraph. It explained how Hitler never wanted anyone to interfere with his master plan and how he needed to be the only one in charge. William Frye. "Germany invades Poland." London Times 27 January 2012, n. page. I found this newspaper article very useful because it was the opinion the U.S.A which was a major part of the invasion of Poland. It told of how the British and French prime ministers reacted and how they started to prepare if Germany attacked them. The article in the LA Times that came out on Leon Leysons death. In it his recounting of how Oskar Schindler was very human to him and his family. It was against the law to be kind to Jews.

This website was very helpful because it provided many quotes from every major person in the war. I felt like this website expanded my knowledge on what both sides were going to do. It was very interesting to her what people said before and after the events in World War II. I could use the quotes under every tab since the quotes were from everybody on every side.

This source explained what the other countries in Europe were thinking and showed lesser known events during World War II. Besides focusing on events, it mostly focused on the people in World War II. I found it useful on the smaller details in the War such as how other places like India were preparing for an invasion. Harris, Robert. "WWII World Book. New York: 2010. This was a very good source since it had lots of information on every event in WWII. I could easily use this information in all of my paragraphs. It was reliable and had great information on numbers and dates. This was one of my best resources because it really explained the war. Harris, Robert. "Invasion of Poland." World Book. New York: 2010. This source had detailed and reliable information that it was helpful in all categories because it talked about all the information in WWII. I would say this source gave me a view at the big picture of the war which was, Hitler wanted to take over

the world. This was significant material and it helped me throughout my website.
