1- Set Objectives: 1.1- Talking about the equipments. - We decided that we will use 5d camera which is small camera, and its easier for the director of photography and cinema photography to use this camera when they shooting many scenes by a day. Also, we use this camera before so no need to learn how to use it. Moreover, maybe we will use the big camera which is sony. 1.2- From where we can borrow the equipments. - We will borrow the equipments from Mr. Greg, Mr. Waleed and from classmate Muza Ahmed. Actually we decided that we will borrow from Mr. Greg the lighting, the Sony camera, the headphone and microphone, and also maybe We will use the boom mic for some interviews with the students. And from Mr. waleed and Muza Ahmed we will borrow the 5d camera. 1.3- Start writing the plane ( Schedual ). Here we will start writing the plane (Schedule) after they write the script for the movie. Then we will make meeting again to but main ideas for the plane. So we are just wait the script writer to finish from the writing the script. 1.4- Start thinking about how we will shoot the scenes. - This point also we will thinking about it after they write the script. Then we will set to gather with my team which is director, director of photography and cinema photography. After that we will write some scene and from which corner that we will shoot.

1.5- Decide how many scenes we can shooting by a day. - This will depends of director, assistant director, and the camera person. We will ask them how many scenes that they can shooting by a day. Also its depends of the location because sometime we cant shoot more than 3 or 4 scenes by a day. Moreover, maybe we will shoot at RKMC so we have to make appointment with their management to choose suitable day for shooting. 1.6- Discuss about the students interviews. - About the students interviews we will talk with the students service to send email to the all students and ask them to join us to our movie by helping us with their interviews. Also, we want to make some interviews with men's students at RKMC. 2. A.O.B. (Any Other Business). 3. Date and time of next meeting. 4. Closure of meeting.
