The teacher that I am working with has been a teacher for three years. The individual was previously a campaign financier for several politicians. Upon speaking to the individual, it has been discovered that the individual feels that they needs assistance in the areas of planning and classroom management. The individual is a floating teacher with three classes for which to prepare. The individual previously worked at an all-male charter school and is having a hard time differentiating between the classroom management methods that worked there and those that will be able to work in the current situation. Upon, observing two of her classes it has been determined that she does in fact need to work on classroom management, in form of both behavior and procedural items as well as planning for her classes.
