Kounin (Jacob Kounin) Implementation Teachers need to warning the students who commit offenses without delay. Warning also must be strict, serious and clear. P & P should be smooth, engaging, have clear instructions so that the students can concentrate and commit no error.

Glaser Teachers need to help students understand the actions and choices made by students. Four basic psychological needs to be met so that students can concentrate and not commits the unwanted behavior.
