INTRODUCTION
THE COMPANY
Establish in 2003, Previously Known as Panca Putra Abadi (PPA) was originally a hard chrome business with a focus on hydraulic cylinder recondition within various and diverse range of industries especially heavy equipment in mining industry. Since then PPM has expanded to hydraulic services to provide our customers with a complete One Stop Shop for hydraulic engineering services and as reliable partner. Recently facility was controlling by right process and procedure to ensure this facility delivers customers a full range of hydraulic repairs and services to the highest standards. The flexibility to perform repairs from cylinder reseals to customize building of complete cylinder groups, allows PPM to services the largest hydraulic groups in the mining, plantation, steel, pulp & paper, agriculture and port industries. All theses services are provided in house at PPM facility. To meet growing size of market demand on hydraulic cylinder groups and recondition components. PPM was extend the capacity with invest to add several machine and relocate the facility with larger space. PPM want to ensure the customers will get the fast turnaround time but without sacrificing the quality and service.

RECONDITION SERVICES
Components recondition is a process of rebuilding worn of damaged components so they are able to return to service. This process is often more cost effective and efficient than replacing the component with new parts. The right process can be improved and extended working life component, which in some cases even out-performing the original component. The purpose of recondition services is to tailor the recondition solution to suit a customers individual requirements, whether that is fast, economical repair to get the components back into or a solution to provide improved working life for a components, by improving the properties of the surface material to better suit working conditions. Hard chrome plating: Ideal for hydraulic applications where a hard corrosion resistant coating is required, giving a smooth hard wearing surface. This process involves electroplating a chromium carbide coating onto the work piece. The components are then polished bringing the surface back into tolerances within required roughness average (RA) surface finish. PPM chrome tanks have the capacity to handle a wide range of hydraulic cylinder rods, shaft and suspension components. General Machining The machine shop offers large scale turning and milling operations, drilling, vertical and horizontal boring, aimed at serving the requirement of mining, oil and gas, plantation, steel, paper and pulp, and power plant. The machine shop offer the benefit s to the components are improved surface finish, concentricity and both sizing and tolerances are maint ained along the full length of components.

Welding Shop and Fabrication The facility services include submerged arc welding, MIG and TI G welding and ID welding machine for internal diameters and housings. PPM have good skill welders and fitter to serve all aspect welding and fabrication works also our company is able to offer solutions on all areas of engineering and assist your business in reclamation or components design and engineering.

Our company has built a reputation as the can-do recondition and engineering company. We offer a level of service to suit your needs. Our facilities are available twenty-four hours a day. We offer a one-stop workshop where you can be assured your component will be recondition to a standard which exceeds your requirements. BREAKDOWN SERVICE With a round the-clock emergency breakdown service, PPM has the staff, equipment and track record to have your repaired or reconditioned component back working for you in the shortest possible time. PRIORITY SERVICE At PPM understand that tight turnaround times save our customers many hours of machine downtime; downtime that means lost production, loss man hours and ultimately, lost profits. NORMAL SERVICE Part of our reliability partner includes a genuine desire to help our customers avoid future breakdown problems. To this end, as part of our normal service, we assist our clients with on-site technical advice. This is supported with a prompt engineering and technical service to help avoid costly downtime. We strongly recommend discussions with our technical department to confirm engineering specifications on the requirement of components.
