    March3,2013 TheParkCountySheriffsOfficeiscontinuingtheinvestigationintothemurdersofthreepeoplethat occurredSaturday,March2ndthesmallcommunityofClarkWyominglocatedinnorthernParkCounty. TheSheriffsOfficereceivedareportaround11:15fromanearbyneighborthattheyhadlocatedtwo peopleshotinsidearesidence.SheriffsDeputiesandEMTsweredispatchedtothescene.While deputiessearchedandsecuredthesceneathirdbodywaslocatedinthebasementoftheresidence. Thevictimshavebeenidentifiedas40yearoldIldikoFreitasandherparents,69yearoldJanos Volgyessiand70yearoldwifeHildegardVolgyessiallfromClark. Witnessesobservedtwoslenderwhitemalesentertheresidenceandthenashorttimelatersawtwo carsfleeingtheresidenceatahighrateofspeed.Oneofthecarswasrecognizedasacarbelongingto Freitas.DeputiesonscenequicklygatheredvehicledescriptionsfromwitnessesandParkCounty SheriffsDispatchersimmediatelybroadcastedthevehicledescriptions.TroopersoftheWyoming HighwayPatrol,whomhadrespondedtoassist,locatedthevehiclesseveralmilesfromthesceneand tookbothsubjectsintocustodywithoutincident.

    Suspectshavebeenidentifiedas19yearoldStephenHammerand18yearoldTannerVanpelt,both fromCody.BotharecurrentlybeheldintheParkCountyDetentionCenterandwillbeformallycharged forthemurdersandothercrimesonTuesday,March5th. ThecrimesceneinvestigationisbeingconductedbymembersoftheWyomingStateCrimeLaband agentsfromtheWyomingDivisionofCriminalInvestigation. ThisisnothingshortofcoldbloodedmurderandIattributethequickapprehensionofthesuspectsto alertneighborsandtheswiftactionsofmembersoftheParkCountySheriffsOfficeandTroopersofthe WyomingStatePatrol.
