Zeus v1.2 About Zeus Zeus is a client/server CRM system for helpdesk and field service management.

Z eus features include: Customers Suppliers Inventory and asset management Service management from job entry to job completion including three levels of SL A with alarms. Address Book Contacts Service Contracts, Warranty and Equipment Messaging and many other features. Installation Instructions Step 1: Install the server setup to any computer on your network. If you install the se rver software on a PC other than your own will need to know the IP address of th e server when the client software is installed. Step 2: Install the client software on as many PC's on your network as required. When o pening the client software it is assumed that the server is running on the same PC, ie, address 127.127.0.1 however this address can be easilly changed from the client login screen. Press F1 on the client login screen to view the help fiel d for further information. The default username for zeus is "Administrator". Default password is "password " Note that these are case sensitive. It is recommended that you change the de fault password for user "Administrator" after logging in for the first time.

Known problems with Version 1.2 Credit Note entry screen and report do not work. The credit note entry option h as been disabled in the customer accounts screen until this is fixed. As a work around it is possible to enter a negative invoice. Customer payments screen is still in beta and will be completed in version 1.3. Help file is still being written. Some areas of zeus have integrated help whils t other areas don't. The F1 key will display any available help. The invoice entry screen is currently hard coded for 10% tax. This will be fixe d in version 1.2 Although various screens in Zeus refer to a General Ledger Set or General Ledger Code, the General Ledger package is still in development and will be made avail able in a later version of Zeus. Entering a picking slip doesn't release stock allocated to jobs. This will be f ixed in version 1.3
